When booking an entertainer(s), payment is due the day of the event. A late fee of 25% is added to any payments received after the day of the event.

When ordering balloon decor, payment is due to secure your date of delivery. In some instances, especially last-minute bookings, we may collect payment in advance.

Yes! If you require anything that we don’t normally provide, this must be discussed during the booking process. We can not accommodate needs that weren’t mutually agreed upon during the initial booking. This includes facial coverings, moving our entertainers once they are set up, staying past our agreed-upon time, etc.

Yes, weather permitting. A spot in the shade is the best for our entertainment.

With conservation playing a big role in today’s society, rest assured balloons are very eco-friendly! Balloons are made from 100% latex. Latex is a natural product, produced from ethically harvested tree sap. If a balloon happens to be left outside, it will biodegrade. I’m planning an event outside. 

The weather can be unpredictable. If you have to cancel, 100% of the fee is due if you cancel within 10 days.

This will depend on what it is you are looking for. For basic balloons, estimate 2–3 minutes per child. For intermediate balloons, it will be closer to 3–4 minutes; for face, 3–4 minutes per child, and 4–5 minutes per caricature. A good rule of thumb is to take the number of guests multiplied by the number of minutes for the type of entertainment. Example: 20 guests x 3 minutes per balloon (or face painter) = approximately 60 minutes.

If you decide to cancel within 10 days of the event, you will be responsible for 100% of the fee.

Not really… balloons, face painting, caricatures, and foam are for ALL ages, 1 to 100! However, with the magic shows, we recommend ages 5 and over for the children’s magic show.

These are ONLY recommendations.

We ask that you provide an area for them to set up and perform. The entertainer will arrive 5–15 minutes before their scheduled start time to set up. Face Painters will need a small table and two (2) chairs; the Caricature Artist will need two (2) chairs; the Balloon Twister will need a small table; and the Magician will need a 10 x 10 area.

When the entertainer arrives, they will introduce themselves, give a brief rundown of what to expect, and explain anything that may help with ensuring a successful event. We try to make as little of a disturbance when entering and exiting.

When planning and booking your event, we ask that you have the entertainer arrive 15 minutes after your guests are scheduled. We guarantee the entertainer will be there on time; however, we can’t guarantee your guests will be.

If you are planning an outside event, please inform us at the time of booking. Some type of shade will need to be provided for the entertainment.
