So I booked a show. What can I do to make it easier on the entertainer when he arrives?

Q.) What are your prices?
A.) Because every event is different, it would be impossible to give an accurate quote for
a particular event without knowing certain details. To find out more information regarding
prices contact Robyn at 636-332-5969 with all your show information.

Q.) How long have you been doing shows?
A.) It Must Be Magic & Balloons has been running for over 4 years now. Before It Must
Be Magic, we entertained at a lower volume. Overall, we have been providing entertainment
for the past 6 years.

Q.) Do you dress up as clowns?
A.) Thankfully, No. First off, many children these days are scared of clowns for one reason
or another. Clowns can be intimidating to children unaware that it is simple make-up
and oversized clothes. We entertain by other means. We are magicians and balloon artists.
We twist creative sculptures out of balloons. There are no such things as “one balloon
figures” in our art. We always go above and beyond.

Q.) I saw Brian at an event, how can I be sure I get him for my event?
A.) Brian Styles performs almost every event for It Must Be Magic. Only on certain circumstances
should you receive an alternative balloon twister or magician. Should you
desire Brian Styles for your event, it is a good idea to double check Brian’s availability
with the rep. booking the show for you.

Q.) How do I contact you?
A.) There are several ways of contacting It Must Be Magic.
Phone- (636)332-5969
E-Mail- bookmagicnow@yahoo.com
Or click the contact form on the website.

Q.) How many hours is enough for my event?
A.) It all depends on what your needs are. Without knowing general information about the
show it is impossible to give accurate information. If you are looking for the amount of
hours for Balloon Twisting ONLY visit the balloon twisting page on our Show Packages
link for more information.

Q.) What age is best for what?
A.) We have compiled a list that will show the appropriate ages for each show. However,
these are ONLY reccomendations.
Birthday Magic Show ............... Ages 4-14
Stand Up Magic Show................ Ages 10+
Close Up/Strolling...................... Ages 10+ Works Best with Ages 15+
Stage Show ................................ Ages 13+ Works Best with Ages 18+
Birthday Balloon Show............... Ages 1+
Balloon Sculptures...................... No age limits
Restaurant Entertainment............ Ages 3+ Works Best with Ages 6+

Q.) Are there certain events too big for you to handle?
A.) No event is too big nor too small for It Must Be Magic to handle. As mentioned previously,
we customize each and every show to fit the needs of the event. For example, if
an event holds 1,200 people and you want Balloon Twisting for 2 hours, we can bring in
additional Balloon Twisters(*additional charges may apply). The sky is the limit when it
comes to your event. We will work with you to make your next event a success.

Q.) So I booked a show. What can I do to make it easier on the entertainer when he arrives?
A.) We try to make as little of a disturbance when entering and leaving an event. There
are, however, a few simple things that can be done which will help the entertainer in making
the event a success.
1.) Allow the entertainer an area to setup where he won’t be disturbed by children.

2.) Point out the Birthday Child (if applicable) so the entertainer is aware of who they are.

3.) Plan your event accordingly. If you would like the entertainer to start at 2:00 p.m. do
NOT have your guests arrive at 2 p.m. Allow at least 15 minutes ahead of time for guests
to arrive. We guarantee the entertainer will be there on time however, we cannot guarantee
your guests will be.

4.) Entertainers are people too. If you are planning on having an event outside please
inform the representative that you speak with. If needed, we can provide a canopy tent for the entertainer.
Balloons do not do well in direct sunlight. The latex and powder placed on the balloons shrinks
when in direct sunlight and when the entertainer expands the balloon by blowing it up
you can understand the end result. It is a mess to work in sunlight for the pure fact of the
balloons. If possible, an indoor location is ideal for balloon twisting.
